Job Description: Dealing with customer matters over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty are the main priorities of this job role. Such continuous and incremental business is truly valuable to our store as we boast our excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company
Contacting customers and elaboration on product and service benefits.
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
Creating and modifying customer database
Understanding, managing and achieving personal and team performance.
