Will my laptop be checked for other faults?

Yes, we carry out a complete checking of your laptop and will keep you updated for any other faults found before going for the repair.

Do I need to backup my data before sending my laptop for repairs?

It is not essential, but we strongly advise always backing up your data, music and pictures before sending your laptop away for ANY repair.

When I send my laptop for repairs, do I also need to send its charger?

No, that is not necessary since we keep all power supply units in stock.

Do you provide screen replacements for all laptop models?

Yes we do provide screen replacements for all models.
